Situated in Manhattan’s West Side, this multi-level, technology-driven workspace pays tribute to the city’s diverse character—drawing inspiration from iconic neighborhoods, transportation hubs, and the bridges that connect the boroughs.
On the 64th floor, visitors are welcomed by a striking reception area featuring a backlit ceiling that shifts in color throughout the day, evoking the dynamic energy of New York. A linear lighting element guides guests through the space, symbolizing the avenues and connections between neighborhoods. Integrated seamlessly into the millwork are diode-free LED strips that emphasize the clean architectural lines while providing soft, ambient illumination. The design incorporates adaptive, color-tuning hub spaces, while meeting rigorous LEED and WELL Certification energy standards.
